Character restore Request

Heya there, SoD tech support !

I am sorry to be a burden and post this, but I cannot manage to get an answer (even a negative one) regarding my character restore request although i have been following carefully and thoroughfully the account management process and i did send an email to [email protected] with all the requested information.

I really wanna get back to playing the character I deleted, so do you please think you could help me out and inform me about the way to at least get a yes / no answer to my request ?

He's the only one that does this, and if he suddenly vanished from the face of the Earth, there would be nobody to do it.

I believe this is still the current situation which is really a shame. I havent hear anything otherwise. You just may currently be out of luck.
