Character recovery

Hello 8 days ago I sent a message to the staff at shards of dalaya asking if I could have a very old character recovered (from the days of Winters Roar), and was wondering if it usually takes 8+ days to recover characters? Does this mean no? does it mean nobody has had a chance to look at my request yet?

Thanks in advance for any answers.

*Edit: I also put in a request for a character transfer 7 days ago, and would ask the same questions as above regarding character transfers.

Requests for characters that exist (you can fomelo them), but their password doesn't work or you forgot account info should be sent to sod.pw.recovery@gmail.com and not the admins. I don't know where you sent the request to, but I don't see it in this inbox. Don't forget to include as much information about the account as you can remember and the password you'd like to use in the future.

You submitted a Character Restore from Backup request, which failed because the character was never deleted you just forgot the password. So in other words, you just submitted the wrong request. Requests for character restores from backup, when the character already exists get auto deleted which is why you never got a reply.

Basically I just auto delete any request for a Character Restore when the people meant to submit an Account Password Recovery. People screw this up all the time.
