character naming problem

I'm not being allowed to name my character a certain name, its doesnt violate any naming policies and I dont think its taken. Anyway we can find out whats happening here?
 
Any names that have been nerfed in the past are automatically added to the blacklist, as well as names containing bad swears and other such nonsense. This can cause a name to give the 'taken' message without actually being taken.
 
the character name is "Ceadon" and i checked to see if there was a profile for a character of that name and there wasn't
