Character in a constant Death loop at bind point . Help =)

I ported into Nbadlands and toon died from pain and suffering and then he spent the next 30 minutes dying as soon as he zoned after death (Binded at grey fey spires). At that time I decided to log and post here since I couldn't do anything. Anybody have any ideas? Or if a GM could assist?

Character is name is Valcor, Lev 60 Wiz.
 
You'll have to get a GM to assist. But the problem is a known one: you have soulbond Aego. This death loops happens if you die and have a soulbonded buff that is more than your base HP. To prevent this from happening in the future do not get soulbonded aego until you've boosted your hps.
 
I dunno if this is related, but I died twice in Everfrost in less than ten minutes due to an "Unseen Hand" striking me down. It was really weird and i don't know if its a mob or what.
 
it's not really related.. i've had that happen sometimes where entire zones are bugged with invisible mobs, and i keep getting killed by an unseen hand

this problem seems to be what garluk said.. but i had thought theyd fixed that

That's the cause :) blame Zaira hehe
 
Lol Mai, how many hps is soulbound aego so I know when I have enough =P

Btw How can I petition a GM if it wont even let me type? Petition from another character?

Damn been #1 on queue for the last 2 hours heh. Ive tried clicking it off but its only as fraction of a second from when it zones and I die =/

Yeah, you die again the instant you reload. Really no way to fix it as a player, gotta have a GM. And it takes a bit of luck for them. They have to target you and nuke your buffs in the instant between when you are loading into the zone and actually enter the world. Easiest way is just to avoid soulbond Aego until you have at least 1350 base hp.

Are you sure that's how it works? I'd wager they can alter our chars more or less at will regardless of weither or not the char is logged-in.
 
Seems like the best solution to me. Spam the 'Target Closest Player' button and their Instaclick Super GM Dispell at the same time while standing at the bindpoint.

Edit: I cant spell. :(

Yea, that used to be the way we fixed it until Super-Wiz came up with a much easier fix. :D
