Character Creation?

I have this problem. I want to make a character on this server but whenever I click next after i have distributed my points and picked my race/class i crash to the desktop wiith an eq error window. this happens on both of my accounts and I was wondering how it can be fixed if possibile.

and if this has been posted before and answered, im sorry, i couldnt find it anywhere after looking

Get the UI files.zip from the Join Winter's Roar page and copy it over your uifiles/default directory of EQ, making sure files get overwritten.
