I posted here, searched the Tome of Knowledge as well as searched the forums. I came up with two email addresses and some out dated links. I started my inquires last weekend and have not received a reply back. Could someone please please point me in the right direction....please. I will become a life time member if I have to. I am in Iraq and have low low bandwidth and bad email service so maybe, I hope, that I'm just not getting the email replies or something.
I had an account from two years ago. I did the recovery and changed my passwords, and now I can access the forum but I still can not get into the game. I made a new account and loaded up the game, so at least I know that I don't have any ports blocked or anything.
I had two email addresses and two forum names and I am not sure what goes to what. My character name is Masjaun, and I think my account name is Masjaun, masjaun1 or it's Myungsook. My email info is [email protected] and [email protected]. It's only lvl 17 or something but I'd lilke to at least start back where I was.
I also played when it was called Winters Roar, although I'm sure nothing is recoverable from back then. I had a Erudite lvl 63 Paladin named Masjaun. I searched the forums and came up with two different email addresses, I sent messages on Sunday but I don't know if they went through. I live in Iraq and sometimes email servers here get blocked for security reasons. I also have been trying to use the automated system but for some reason I am not getting any emails.
