Character transfers from one account to another are not available on WR.

I'm pretty sure I have seen Wiz say that if you give the current account name and the new accoutn name he will move a char for you.

I had the distinct honor to speak with Wany via IRC a few days ago, when I was reactivating an old account of mine. And I asked would it be possible to move such-n-such character from my old account to my new account, and he stated that they do not move characters from one account to another.
