Caress of Sivyana Bugged?

Lately I've been noticing on raids that caress of sivyana is getting overwritten an awful lot, usually before the second tick and only when other necros or dpsing shamans, could the stacking on Caress be checked?

I see this every time I raid. It happens to all of my Dots though.

It's getting to the point where I'll cast one DoT, hoping it'll run it's course, then spamming my ancient: Lifebane. Shitty DPS, but better than blowing 40% of my mana for 1 tic of each dot :-/
 
It is supposed to stack, Wiz fixed it in March.

Must be broken again, for sure it covers both the Poison and the Disease dots of the shaman/necro shared lines.

WShile we are speakign of them... any way the DD portion can be removed and that damage added back into the dot ticks, or just lost? The damage is minor at best and serves no purpose other than to break root 98 out of every 100 casts.
 
It looks like some spell stacking was reverted to older revisions of the spells. I'm not exactly sure if this is intended or not, so I can't really give a yes or no on whether or not it's bugged.

I would say that having a good majority of necro/shaman dps be only 1 cast at a time is pretty broken, I started noticing it on some of my other dots too when other necros are on our raids (alot of the time im the only one)
 
for some reason it seems to end prematurely if a shaman and necromancer are both using it (which they usually do). usually no msg it just stops ticking prematurely. Maybe the problem is that its used by two different classes.
 
Any official word on this? It's still happening and has happened with unfortunate frequency in the past few days.

Sorry guys, spell bugs aren't anything Xeldan, Liam, foma, or I can handle.
 
Vyrr and I(Xandor) were testing this out one time as Vyrr mentioned his dot was fading to fast. After some testing we saw the pattern. It seemed whenever my Caress of Sivyana had ran its course and was done, it would not only take my dot off the mob, but his as well.
