Captain Vazan's quest in Stormkeep

When trying to turn the box back into Captain Vazan from Jeorg, he just hands it back to me. Am I giving it back to the right guy or is it bugged?

Uh, it looks fine in the script to me. Have you hailed him prior to initiate the quest and such?

I seem to remember getting this quest bugged awhile ago too.

He'd ask me to find the traitor (Jorleg? Its been awhile). Go find him (kill him?) Get to the stage where you execute him in the bank. Turn in his drop. Get the reward.
Then he'd ask me to do it again (and still does), but doesn't accept the item for turn in.

Oh ok. Yeah I actually had this problem on Rabb a long time ago. I'm looking into it now.

Well, scratch that. I'd need more info to find your problem, Tape. I don't see anything wrong with this.
