With the buff to all the Fae loot we've seen, this cloak still feels a bit underwhelming, and oddly itemized. The 35 ac and 10 dodge mod feel reasonably unnecessary, seeing as the only classes on the cloak are casters. Comparably, another cloak on tier with this has MC7, more mana, and an ft, along with 25ac.

Essentially, I was wondering if the dodge mod could be turned into something a bit more useful feeling, outside of the few mobs that phantom strike. An ft, some saves, some more mana, whatever it may be.

I really do not see any reason to turn this cloak into every other cloak around this tier. If you want it to be like those cloaks just go get one.

I find it increasingly hilarious that you are complaining about an item with mind shield when you seem to have a persistent problem of being mezzed or feared. The cloak is basically equal with thaz2 cloak, it cannot get much better without stepping on the toes of vah back/melek taus.
