Can't Remember Login Name

So, I used to play this with a friend of mine. My character is still listed under the "Fomelo" http://shardsofdalaya.com/fomelo/fomelo.php?char=taxious

I can't seem to remember my login name though. The one I always use doesn't work. Would it have been purged even though the character is still on Fomelo or what?

No it would not be purged.

This is the wrong place for issues like this, but the staff can send an email for a password reset to the email which the account that character was created on.

Could you point me in the right place for an issue like this? How would I go about getting my password reset with an email?

Thanks again, sent an email and followed the directions but so far nothing. I'll check out the IRC thing a little later too.
