cant make it work! help

hi, im new to this. i've been trying to get to the actual game, but by the time i press play i get "failed to start because d3dx9_30.dll not found". i've tryed *maybe* everything. if you know what im doing wrong, please tell me!

Make sure you've got everything in the proper directories and patched properly.
