cant log onto my char.

before the patch came out today i was able to play on my char. which is named Efrua... then my cable modem went down so i hadn't played on him for awhile.. so now i try to log on him and i get a message while it trys to log into the world say something like eq has crashed pleace choose yes or no to send information about the crash to the server and no matter what i push it exit out of eq... i can log onto my other char. fine... now he is in mansion portals when my cable modem went down this moring... also i have another char. that is in southern newport which i dont care about he has nothing on him but he gets the same message as i get when i try to log onto my main... i have sent a petiton thing but i get no response what so ever from no admin and it tells me it's been petition...
 
this used to happen to me all the time. i asked if there was anything i could do about it, but i was told to just keep trying to log in.
and i did and it will eventually let you thru. just keep doing it. its annoying, but eventually it will stop doing it.
i stopped getting the message after a week or so.
