Can't get past server select on one account

This account cannot get past the server select screen, yet my other account works fine. I get get to server select and try to connect to the correct server and the eq window freezes and eventually crashes giving me a window saying "eqgame.exe has encountered an error." I've tried deleting the ui files and that didn't work.. anyone else have an idea? thank you .. I'm running on XP.. edit: tried to log in on another computer, same error

Any chance someone else is logged onto that other account? Weird things can happen to a second box if another machine is logged onto the same account and sitting at the char select or server select window.

well eventually it ended up working.. it might have been someone afk at char select because i never got my petition answered and it just started working.. so i changed password and i hope i don't ever have this problem again. thank you for pointing that out because it most likely was the issue = ]

If you petition, someone can check to see if anyone else has been on your other account besides you.
