Can't get on Shards

Okay, so i installed the trilogy, luclin and planes of power. I tried patching shrds after this, but it didnt work. so i looked at the thread showing you what to do to get on shards, and i downloaded Wndows Framework. Tried patching again, still didnt work, finally, i used the everquest patcher. im not sure what happened, nothing came up, but i tried patching again. it didnt work. i used repatch all, tried not using eqw, used eqw. it all came up with the same thing. Error String not found (303). Put in mind that i have vista, but i dont think tht was the problem, because my brother has vista and it worked on his desktop. (I have a laptop.) Please help me out.

You need all of the expansions up to GoD. Buy Titanium and try again.

I tried installing from a collection of old expansion cd's also. It didn't work regardless if I installed all the way up to GoD disk. I had to find a copy of Titanium. Their is some file(s) that were only included on titanium or that you can probably get if you have a live account from the official patching system.
