hello sry to bother but i was wondering it keeps saying that the world server is down but it also says there is 101 peps on

I Hate to ask about this too but i have been trying to get on seance arly today and i have been trying all day and it is 4 am now and it still says that the world is down. Am i haveing a problem on my side or is it a winters roar problem???
