O.k. Hope this is better than my last post...
anyway, i bought ever-quest platinum last year, but never installed it... (school) i wanted to play it recently, but my parents are mad at me (school) so they wont give me there c-card #... anyway, i went searching for a private server for E-Q and found this (thank god) because i have played Ragnarok Online and WoW on private servers. so i thought "hey, those are online based and have private servers, and this is online based... so this must have private servers." anyway, I got the maps folder from the site, and the patcher, patched the game using ever-quest.exe i put the maps folder in the game folder and renamed the maps folder in there to "maps REAL" as to not lose them. Ran your patcher, and it patched and started the game... i logged in, saw a list with one server, this one, and clicked join. It loaded something for a few minutes, then it showed a human warrior and it said the following

Loading 0
and my camera view is spinning around him... this is all it does, for ever
Ive tried to figure it out, but no luck... so if someone can help me at all i would be most appreciative (spelling?)
