Cannot get patch to work, Help??

Well I downloaded everything and extracted files. I patched EQ to update files.
When I run the SoD patcher its gets to "Patching General Commands" and then gets stuck. I left it up for 20 mins and it never got past that part, I tried "repatch all" and it didnt work.
Any suggestions?
 
I downloaded the .net software. Reloaded all the files, made sure the patcher was in the EQ folder. Ran patcher again and it got stuck at the "patching general commands". Deleted the files.txt and hit repatch all, again it got stuck at "Patching general commands". I'm feeling a bit stuck here lol.
