Cannot get GM to respond in game. I need help please.

Today my character previously know as "Purrah" had to get a name change.
After I changed the name to Felixeah, I logged back in. I had a message saying that i had money waiting for me (which i should because i sold stuff as Purrah)
But when i Went to the bank to receive my money, It said i had no mail.

Also I accidentally deleted a Starfall Quest item, And was wondering how, if at all, i could re do the quest, or get it back.

I'm sure if you keep at it petition wise they will help. It does take a while though to get one answered. I'm sure that doesnt happen too often, getting listsends and name change at the same time. as far as the starfall quest item i think that if they let you have it again you will actually have to do the quest over so go gather the items now just incase. i hope you get your peition answered i know it can be frustrating trying to get someone to see it but eventually it will happen
