cannot cross the zone from mistwoodt to valley of erimal

every time i try to cross, it cant load the valley of erimal zone, and stuck in the zoning pic.

Before enter the SOD world, i have EQ original and Escape to Norrath, then advanced to the required expansion and patch the Maps pack as required.

I have reported as a bug to the server, but no responce since then.

Who may help, thanks a lot.

Usually one of 2 things.

1) Zone is down.
2) You do not have the file on your puter.

Solution
1) See if anyone else is in that zone or capable of going through zone. If no one else is then the zone is most likely down. Wait it out and hunt somewhere else in the meantime.

2) Make sure the "optional zones" are chosen. This quote from the starting guide, "IMPORTANT: Click the "Advanced" tab and select all expansions up to and including Lost Dungeons when patching. This is necessary to be able to play the server."

If both of these are done then no clue. Look for help in Dalaya's Beginners, that is what it is there for. If that does not work then ask in /ooc, some very well informed people make up the player base here.

The optional zone files were moved to LoY, so it's very important that you patch those.
