"Cannot connect to server"

Hey yall,
Sorry this has to be my first post, I just joined the community earlier this week. I'm having an error "Cannot Connect to Server" at the login screen. Is the server down or am I just retarded... Well, I know I'm retarded, but normally not when it comes to E Q. I guess its been too long, but anyways I could log in this morning before school and now I can't.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

IMHO, it needs to be in technical support rather than SoD discussion, but not my call.
