Can I see my pet's AC?

Howdy, JV the mage again.

I was wondering if it would be possible to allow me to see my pet's current AC? Could you add it to the /pet report command under hp?

Also, how much of a bonus does my AA elemental enhancement actually give? The wiki does not say. I am just curious.

I think seeing true player stats should go into the game before being able to see pet stats. Perhaps I am crazy.

According to this thread it gives a 5 point increase to max damage and 5% bonus to max pet hp.

Seeing pet stats would be neat, though I'm not sure how useful it would be, since it's not like you can make any permanent changes to them. You'd only have to look once when you summon it, and then once with silks/weapons on and you'd know forever how much AC it has. Then again, I imagine it would be pretty simple to add this in just like they added pet HP so there's not really a reason to NOT do it.

Also yeah, I'd have to agree with Kedrin that seeing correct attack/ac and such on players would be nice

Awesome, I suppose I should of tried to search for it. It is a shame, a shame to me (because I am a biased mage), that my relic pet gets a bonus 5% to hp, just to be a few hundred hp less than bst pets.

The reason I would like to know, is just so I can try and examine how much ac helps my pet so I can try to make him better for soloing new and difficult mobs. Not to say that I don't trust some things as working like they're told.

That is hopeful news, just got 7 more items to go. But would you like to see pet's AC since you are a bst/mage?

i would love to see the base stats of the pets posted on the forum... they dont change that much in game.. since most effects outside of ac/hp and stats dont effect pets. from a buff/gear stand point

That's why I was hoping to be able to figure out what my pet's ac was exactly. Because the items add in hp. Though I can see the pet's hp, so at least I can account for that. The best model I can think of is probably a river alligator in remnants because they're easy yet they also do damage. I think the alligators are basically uniform in level, they always give the same exp, I think.

I'll list my experiment idea. Number of trials = 30 for each.

Sick the pet on the alligator, let the pet solo the alligator and look at my pets hp % left at the end. With no stance. Will have Burnout though. No other buffs.

Can do pet naked

Pet with plate armor (it won't add hp)

Pet with plate armor + earth elemental illsuion (150 ac I think)

Pet with plate armor + earth elemental illusion + war worn shield (100 ac) also some hp that will have to be normalized.

So, over the spectrum, would have a naked pet up to a pet + 300 ac. Maybe we'll see a difference.

Also, I don't know how to use a parser. If you could explain that or direct me to a thread about it, that would be awesome.

pet ac def makes a dierence... i will tell you a naked pets damage taking ability is far exceeded by a buffed geared one.
