Can I have my acct's wiped?

It has probably been a year since I last played on this server, and I cannot for the life of me remember my passwords or character names. Is there anyway to have the accounts associated with my e-mail, [email protected] wiped?
 
Because I think my highest character was a 15 and it isn't worth it to me to spend the time to try and work that out. Is it possible?
