Can chanters charm the guards in hearltands

or andy other guards for that matter.. I am guessing not casue this is faction based game but just wondering if charm a blackscale guard and chew up some things.

Pretty sure you can , atleast faction has never impeded me from using shadow dorfs or giants.

my question is, if you've charmed a guard, and it dies, do you recieve a faction hit?

yeah that is what I am wondering as well, if you charm a guard and it dies so i revieve a negative faction hit which I would assume you would.

Yes, you would. You caused it the guard to die, why wouldn't their friends be mad about it just because you had charmed him?

as long as a mob dies under your charm (i.e it doesnt break and die to said mob its fighting) you do not take a faction hit for it.

Unless this was changed sometime recently
