Camera spinning Picture included

Hey i just installed everything followed all the steps and when i try to login i get this but it's spinning....
I can't move i can't enter the options nothing, i can only press ESCape to bring me back to the previous menu.

I am trying to update my cpu driver and Video card driver see if it gets fixed

My comp : AMD Athlon TM 64 3400+
Video : Nvidia GForce 7600 GS

I searched found a sollution going to see if it works

this happened to me once, but i just repatched SoD.

I have the same problem, were you able to fix it? if so how did you fix it please.

It may be a mouse error, can you walk at all.

Nope I cannot walk at all. I have tried to use the repatcher still no go!
