I was wondering if there was any reason for not being able to summon someone in raid, but not in group? I can totally understand the long recast. But being able to summon raid members I dont' think would be too much. The recast ought to be more than ample to keep raids from using the summon to get past content. Of course, if it's coding/programming then just poopy.
