Buying debt other then in newport

So last night I died. No biggie, I die all the time, it happens. Also couldnt get a rezz because I ran out of time and needed to log, so I decided to buy it off next time I was on. So far so good.

But now I am wondering. I saw the healer in oggok is gone (with the moving of the DE Clerics), while I am quite KoS in newport. I always thought there were two healers, one in an evil and one in a good city. Is the guy I am looking for moved to another place, or am I looking in vain and is the guy completely removed?

I'd like to be able to buy off my debt :sadf:

One is outside of Oggok opposite of the Postmaster now.

Another one is in Sadri Malath next to the cleric/pally guild.
 
Erudin also has a cleric debt removal available. Will of Quel building near teleport pad.
