Bugged?

Im doing MQ on an alt and ive came to the part where you talk to the Gnoll priestess however she is sitting out on an island instead of the normal spawn place. When hailed it doesnt give any dialogue options and says. Is this really the time or something of the sort. Its been like this for well over 16 hrs.

That bug happens often (I got it 3 times in a row on an alt), just bring some goblins near her and FD on krugz. Goblins kill her, she respawns in normal spot, all is fixed. It is faster than petitioning for it.

Thanks for the tip just tried it, now to see if it respawns
