Bugged Quest

Not sure if this is the proper place to post this, but figured I would start off here.

In Thurgadin, the cleric guild master, High Priest Akron, gives a quest where he wants you to collect 4 bone chips. Once I had collected the 4 bone chips, (and turned them in unstacked), he gave me experience and some text along the lines of "Congratulations, blah blah ... Here is your initiate shield for completing the quest." He then goes on to explain how you can go about upgrading the initiate shield through an additional quest.

Only problem was, I never got anything. I repeated the quest two more times, and got the same text, but no shield.

Just wanted to make the powers-that-be aware.

As of today this quest is working correctly (within the last two hours).

I have completed this quest recently and received my initiats shield but am haveing trouble doing the next part of the quest. The priest asks for 2 bottles of Blood Wine but does not say where to get them, i tried asking him every way possible and he does not respond. I have looked all over and asked several people and no one knows where to get the blood wine. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Those particular quests was designed to get you better acquinted with your starting town.

I hear some establishments only offer certain types of drinks.
