Bugged blackscale quest

Hi
Im trying to get my blackscale quest fixed, theres something wrong. If i hail Raider shorssi she ask if i have collected what she asked for, but she rejects when i try handing in. Etzaazik ask mé for my mark so he can upgrade the mark, but he rejects too. It seems that i have been bugged, because i can continue the quest. Please have a look and tell mé what i have done wrong or if its bugged.

I have had this issue too. I was upgraded by Etzaazik of the order with xp and faction, but i did not get an updated mark of the blackscale.

After doing some research, i think these are the advancements in ranks on the marks.


merchanaries
Warrior
raider
Corsair
warleader

If you advance in rank, but dont turn in your aug to get it upgraded, and then, advance in rank with somebody else, you cant get the aug upgraded at all.

Hence, if you have a merchanaries mark, and advance two times to raiders, mark, you cant get raiders, and cant go back to get teh warriors mark either.
