Buffer Overrun Crash?

Running XP pro, every now and then after crashing a few times to the launcher I will get this message and have to restart the client. Any ideas?
 
How much ram does the system have, and how much is in use at idle?
Buffer overrun is a memory issue. Also, you can check to see if you have a paging file turned on. Your system might be running out of ram and needs the extra memory a paging file could offer.

PS - upgrade to windows 7 x86. 2 gigs of ram runs it well...
