Browse for E Q

The game itself works fine for me but everytime I click on sodpatcher.exe it makes me browse for E Q. Once I actually find the folder i have to click ok around 3 times before it'll register....until the next time i click on the sodpatcher that is. Anyone else ever have this problem? more just annoying than anything.
 
Yes I have it, on several computers. I've searched the forums, but I have never found a solution. It seems like it does this for every one of my family's vista computers.
