Broken Vah Quest....

So its about time i made this post again as i cannot find my old one.

My cleric Malicre's Vah quest is bugged, I had everything reset a long time ago and at the time im not sure if the Dev didnt do something right or what but im KoS to all Vah now, Theres no way for me to talk to the starting guy as im KoS to him also. I have a bank full of quest items iv been collecting over the years and would like to know if should just go ahead and destroy them or is it possible to have another Dev / Gm Look into this case.

I know years ago someone Stripped and deleated everything off of all my accounts, it was after this that i noticed the problem started.

Slaar fix'd it for about a day, Broken again back to waiting to see if possible to be fix'd?
Guess i killed a shadow in Misery and they give neg vah rep, was that suppose to be like this?
(The only time i can recall event trying to attack shadows was the named shadow for Jayla event helping a friend)

You don't have any reason to kill those shadows for Vah, and they give negative faction for the Vah Collective in the Lands of Magic that doesn't exist any more.
