Broken Quest??

I am currently working on a lower lvl quest in the badlands. It involves find out what happen to "Kilith and Jenser". They went out to find work and never returned. Guard Kombe says that Farmer Nolan knows something and that farmer sends you to find two bandit camps. Each bandit leader drops a Token or somthing. I can only find one named mob at any bandit camp in the badlands and he drops the same thing everytime.. a no drop helm, two daggers, and a flask of water.

Anyone know whats up with these tokens? Is there another bandit camp somewhere? I only found two buildings fairly close to each other in North Badlands. South/East/West all have no bandits at all in the zone. ?? Broken maybe?

You shouldn't assume that they are broken. Most quests here work, but they take a lot of patience or some hints from other people to complete.
That's a little tricky as leveling is so fast you outgrow quest items fast.

I know there are two bandit camps at west badlands, and at least one had a leader, but I haven't done this quest.
 
The bandit camps with the tokens are in West Badlands. One's north-centerish on the side of a mountain, and the other's more east, closer to the river.

Careful of the corrupted centaur out there while running around for this quest. Didn't even see him coming before he snared me, then proceeded to beat the b'jeebers out of me.
 
thanks for the help.. what got me stuck was the term "Bandit Camp".. It's the two camps in West Bandlands to get the tokens.. but the NPC's are not named "bandits." I was killing the two buildings in North Badlands that have NPC's Called Bandits with one Named NPC as there leader. Come to find out.. I had to kill him near the end of the quest anyway.. so not all lost. *smile*

Thanks all.. I finished the quest yesterday and got a full set of armor from it. No exp from turn in's tho?? that was weird.

I did have one last question.. In the middle of this quest.. you get a tattered note that you can read. It talks about the named NPC bandit in North Badlands (if I remember right). I'm not sure the quest worked well there, cause when I found the named NPC, he just insta agroed (like any mob that I'm KOS to). I killed him and looted the helm and key but had no idea what to do next. I would expect to have show him the note have him say something about the slave in a tower, then attack me. So I at least had some idea what to do next. just a thought.
