There seems to be a quest npc in stormkeep inside the bank who talks off 2 rods that he possesses (one of them is rod of fluxation) and he says a sentence including [Do you have any other information?] in yellow letters as what i should type, and i type it, and he doesnt respond after that... Is it a faction issue? because i am amiable to giants currently.
