Broken patch

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe Mals has 1300+ AC, max defensive AA's, and still gets treated like a chump post-patch.

Not to hi-jack the thread, but I purchased Shielding Mastery 3 and it only says "Increases the benefits of wearing a shield". What exactly are those benefits? I haven't seen much difference in tanking ability since getting this.

My point was that monks have enough AC to benefit from the miti change.

Shielding mastery increases the +block skill you gain from your shield.
 
I know these changes were done for Melee's, but as a necro with squat AC, and a crapy pet to start with.

what i find now is mobs hit me very fast and very hard, and my pet goes down alot faster, even on mobs that it could tank before.

some people said there was no change as far as caster go, but i tell you, i notice the difference big time.

From what i have been seeing with the tanks i have been grouping with, and how my pet is, and how i now take mass damage. I hope this issuse get a serious relook.

Just wondering what the percentage of block is for a shield, and do different shields have different percentage!?
 
Did the migiation bonus from AC help mobs? As in... If a mob has high AC, will they mitigate player melee DPS at a higher % now?
