i have a 'Huge Underbulk Claw' that reads Effect: Affliction Enhancement IV (worn). well when i equip it into my primary or my secondary, i do not get the enhancement. me and some guildies talked it over and that is suppose to be a Focus Effect. and also everyone agreed that the item IS in fact broken (i tested it a few time too =P).
