Broken Focus effect

Having recently acquired Armbands of Tortured Souls, it appears that the focus effect on them, Sivyana's Malice, does not affect either Direct damage or DoT spells. I would like to request that someone from staff look into this and maybe fix it, if it is indeed broken. As I understand it the effect should affect both.

Edit: Just checked the effect on Fomelo and it appears to be called Vile Poisons there. That might have something to do with the effect not working properly.

Fomelo uses an incredibly old spell file version(Vile Poisons has been around since Thazeran's Tower was added), which obviously needs to be updated, but this isn't what would be causing it.

I would like to request that somebody on staff look into the problem then and maybe fix it.

Uh, so this is a fairly old thread, but I just wanted to let you know that I figured out what was wrong with Sivyana's Malice and it's fixed for next patch. It was affecting Disease damage rather than Poison.
