Broken dagger Hilt and Blade/Ebonblade

Just curious if these quests are finished or not. only the first part of ebonblade can be done, and ive seen no hints as to what the broken dagger blade and hilt from lasanth trash are for cept maybe the shadow in East Badlands.

Any info would be appreciated

The broken dagger hilt/blade quest has been broken since Lands of Magic was taken out of game from what I understand. Last I heard Xeldan was going to look into fixing it, but has since retired. I'm not sure if TM or Wold have it as one of the many things on their to do list.
