Broken: Arcane staff - south newport

When ever I had the two crystals to Del jarels he just hads them back to me, I have tried it three days in a row now with no luck.

I'm not sure exactly what I did at the end of that quest, but I didn't hand that crystal into anyone. The first part was a turn in to get the unfinished staff, but I don't remember handing in anything to finish the quest.

You should have a staff and a crystal. combine in a forge. no skill required.
