Plot: A single mother receives a visit from the lawyer of an unknown but close family member who died leaving behind billions. The mother is the sole inheritant as the rest of the extended family died in a horrible matadoring accident. The dog is the sole surviving pet of the deceased billionaire, he was the lone surviving pup from a long since closed racist canine training facility in South Africa. This particular dog spent his first 3 months being taught to hate Asians and love white women (an expensive addition to the training package often bought by Kings and oil barons). The will stipulates that monies are not to be released until the inheritant convinces an asian therapist that the dog has in fact had the best birthday of his life on his 10th, a special year to the original owner as he bought the dog from his own training facility just before it's closure for his 10th Asian wife's 10th birthday. He was not a good man. Nonetheless the will does stipulate that unless the dog has the best birthday of his doggy life on his 10th birthday, funds will remain frozen ad infinitum. She now has a young slightly racist dog that she must please to no end, by the end of the day, with the company of her long rivaled high school tormentor, Shen Glow Lo, dog therapist & licensed beautician. Everything hangs on this, especially that new Prada line, it looks fabulous.
