Breaking the rules?

Hi!

Im new to the forums and to Everquest, and Im having some problems logging in.

When I log in a text appears in the text window saying that my account isnt approved, and that I should read the rules. I have red the rules and I dont see that Im breaking agains any of the rules...

What should I do?
