Seems to be broken I have not seen it proc once in the past 3 or so days. The effect is barrier of ice and it procs on beneficial casts. Could this please be looked at, thanks.

PS. it used to proc quite frequently so I am guessing it is not just the rng screwing me for 3 days straight :p

Are other beneficial bracer procs affected by this or just a specific subset of them?
 
Is that why it was proccing from clickys. As far as I know its one of the few items I have seen proc from a leg/bp clicky.
 
Looking at the code, ANYTHING procing from clickies or other procs should still be impossible. Are you sure that really occurred?
 
Yeah, for sure reinhardt said that his was proccing on him and he cant physically cast a spell, this was a while ago so it might be fixed by now, I don't have one on me to test it with. Personally as a rogue I do thing we should be able to proc wrists slots. BTW I should get farm for bringing it to your attention :p.
 
I remember it proccing pretty often from bard speed AA, I was surprised. Although it is beneficial.
 
It definitely procced from clickies, was kinda annoying when trying to put a buff in your last slot then boom you get a rune instead lol. And thanks for fixing it / trying to make it so cool :)

I'm pretty sure my sanctum trash bracer procs from clickies because I don't cast beneficial spells ever (aulian is rbowbitch) and I see it up sometimes
