Bracers with beneficial procs proc on beneficial spells, IE; a bracer with rune procs rune on heals and buffs.
Bracers with detrimental procs proc on detrimental spells. IE a bracer with tash procs tash on nukes slows, anything detrimental.
This bracer, procs on everything, heals buffs nukes, everything, is this working as intended?
 
Haha. My guild hates me now, but I love this bracer, <3 to whoever made it or had the idea, too bad I'll never get to use it on fights where we mez :p I forsee many wipes in the future due to this lovely little trinket.
