Curses are still screwed up on around a 75% loss of effectiveness. Pretty much every attempt will net the, 'Spell did not take hold' message that you would expect from some kind of stacking issue. This has been tested and retested over and over. Single chanter. With/without Jinx. On mobs that havent been debuffed at all. It still gives that message around 75% of the time it seems. Sometimes I will have good streaks, and sometimes it seems to NEVER land. This is a 'major' inconvenience on raid targets where curses are a 'major' help.
