for such a high rec, and crappy stats I truely believe this hammer that drops off a bone dragon should have a Bane dmg to undead + 10.
And make its rarity a bit higher so instead of 1 out of 5 make it 1 out of 20, because I don't see this have any use to anyone over 55 unless it has bane dmg to undead.
 
Ihave one of these.. only thing I use it for is a 1h blunt trainer :(

For the difficulty in getting one its not that great. (yes dragons can be boxed by higher ups, but for anyone wanting to get this to use those dragons are probley out of there reach even with a 6 man group).

Adding Bane Damage would at least give this hammer a purpose in general use for Sks and Paladins. Currently the only people I see even bohtering with it are Clerics that dont have anything better to put in there primary.
 
The Cha/Wis/HP is nice for a cleric and then the option to pound things while bashing to interupt is handy. But if you are going to hit things with your cleric you use the summoned hammer. At 16/16 with a 315 pt DD proc there is no replacing it and that is the level 60 spell, not the ancient (which is way better).
