The level cap on Boltrans has been lowered. It is, in some instances, hard to deal with. For what reason was it lowered? Also, is this part of a new charm scale? If so it would be comforting enough to hear that dictate and/or control are being bumped up in duration to work with this. Thanks for a response.
 
It has? This is good news, if it means what I think it means.

Well then I am stupid for forgetting that, seems reasonable. Now I just need to find that new spell. Hmmm, not vendor sold Im assuming?
 
If the changes went in, the 59 spell would be in shadowhaven and the 64 will have to be dropped.

Thanks Wiz, the weird spike-then-plateu behavoir of charm progression was mucking up things for people in sseru. Gonna love a new array of mobs to charm.

Edit is this a change to Control or a new spell entirely?

I do every time I start SoD, I just logged in with the patcher a few seconds ago, this is the stats on the spell scroll item.
 
Same description on Shiritri's Promise, ran the patcher and hit "repatch all" before logging on.

EDIT--Getting "your class can never use that" error message when scribing, instead of 'insufficient level', if that helps to track the error down.

The two new spells are not scribing still, even after patching. I have heard that they arent even in the spells.ini or whatever that jibberish is that I cant read. Could these be put in please? Thanks.
