Blurry screen when using EQW at 800x600 with 800x600 desktop

I have this horribly annoying problem where the interface in game is very blurry when I run the game at 800x600 with an 800x600 desktop. If I play it with a 1024 desktop and 8x6 window it's fine. If I play it full screen at 8x6 it's fine. Anyone know of any way to fix this problem or anything about it? The only reason I run windowed mode is so I can switch between my two clients since I always DC. If there is a way for me to run full screen but still have the ability to switch among windows, I'd do that as well.
 
Run normal EQ, and press Alt ctrl Delete, that should bring you to desktop. Works well with the Alt + Enter windowed mode if thats what your talking about. You should bring up a document or something to switch to with the task manager, that makes it easier.
 
The problem with running normal EQ is I can't switch between my two clients as fast using alt-tab as I can using EQW's ctrl-shirt-s.
 
When you change your resolution via EQ make sure you try and keep it at 85 Hertz ( Helps to know your graphic card information as well ) I use EQW and haven't had this problem ever, also what Refresh Rate is your monitor allowing / are you currently using?
 
changed refresh rate and all that stuff no luck, but really it's not my moniter. If I do a screen cap of running 800x600 windowed, and 800x600 full the blur is very visible in the windowed version. Also if I run normal EQ in 800x600 and alt-enter it to windowered version it does not blur.... so I can run it that way, except the only prob is I then have to use alt-tab to switch windows, which is slower than EQW's system.
