I just came back from a long break (well like 5 days ago) and recently have been looking for Bloodtusk in Eastern Wastes (to get revenge for his slaughtering of my monk a while back... 
) and also Recluso to take his mask away from him.. But I have been unable to find either one of these two spawns.. Have they been retired? or even become extinct to Dalaya?
