Any chance of getting positive slave faction when you kill guards and possibly other select mobs such as slave-breakers.

Technically you don't but some people get so that slaves don't attack you so you don't get unwelcome adds.

It's an exp zone. Just kill the slaves and be aware of roamers/spawn timers and position yourself accordingly.
